Choosing Your Sports
Lockerbook keeps the book for 15 sports. The first time you open it, pick the sports you keep the book for. Lockerbook remembers your choice and only shows those sports.

- Available: ready for real games. Soccer has its own scoring screen; the others use the stat sheet, and wrestling, tennis and bowling have dual-meet and match screens (see Scoring other sports).

Change your sports
Settings → Your Sports → tap sports to turn them on or off → Save.
- Turning a sport off hides it. Its teams and games stay on your device and come back when you turn the sport on again. Lockerbook tells you how many teams will be hidden before you save.
- You need at least one sport turned on.
- The team list shows a row like "2 teams hidden for sports you've turned off." Tap it to go straight to Your Sports.
Plans (coming soon)
Lockerbook is free during the beta. These plans are coming soon. Every plan includes all sports, every level, the MaxPreps stats file and all updates for the year.

You can see the plans in Settings → Plans & Pricing. During the beta nothing is locked, and plans can't be bought yet. Coach and Club/Travel plans will be bought in the app; clubs can also ask for an invoice. Schools pay by invoice or purchase order and choose their start date. Founding School price: $299/year for schools that sign up by October 1, 2027, locked while you renew. Schools that sign up after that pay $399 a year. Families and fans always watch free.
School and club licenses with coach seats (coming soon, with coaching staff sync).
- Your athletic director or club administrator enters the school's license key once, in Settings → School & Club License. A Club/Travel plan bought in the app is shared from the same screen.
- They send the seat link to the coaching staff. Each coach who opens it on their iPhone or iPad takes one seat.
- A coach picks the license for a team at the bottom of the team screen; everyone who scores that team needs a seat. A game that's already going is never stopped.
- The license has a set number of seats. When they're all taken, the next coach sees Request More Seats, which emails us to add more.
- To free a seat, the administrator removes a coach who has left.
- The license end date is built into the key, so it's checked even without a signal. When a license ends, your games stay on your device and open read-only, and exports keep working.
- Lockerbook stores no coach names or emails for seats — only an anonymous iCloud ID for each seat and the school name.
Managing a plan (once plans launch).
- Start or change a plan: Settings → Plans & Pricing. The Coach plan starts with a free month; you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
- Plans renew automatically every year until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or tap Manage Subscription on the Plans & Pricing screen.
- New phone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchases.
- Schools: tap Get a School Quote. School plans are paid by invoice or purchase order and don't renew automatically.
