Privacy and Security

Lockerbook was built so your players' information stays with your staff.

• What we keep: player name, jersey number, and (optionally) position, graduation year, and MaxPreps athlete ID. Plus game stats and your notes.
• What we never collect: phone numbers, emails, addresses, birthdays, photos, location, or health information.
• Where it's stored: on your device, encrypted by iOS whenever the device is locked. A team you share with your staff is kept, encrypted, in your own iCloud and shared only with the coaches you invite — Lockerbook doesn't keep a copy on its own servers.
• No ads, no tracking, no selling data.
• Lock the app: Settings → Require Face ID / passcode. Lockerbook also hides its screen in the app switcher.
• The live link (only if you turn it on for a game) sends the score, clock and scoring plays with jersey numbers only to Apple's iCloud so families can follow at lockerbook.app/watch. Names never leave your device. The game comes down when you turn the link off, or a week after the final.
• Delete data: delete a team from its screen, or everything from Settings → Delete All Lockerbook Data.
